This field is a abitrary number for our
use only.
Mapsco:
This field is provided to locate the property in
the city. (We recommend you getting a copy)
Address:
The address of the foreclosure property.
Tax Assessed
Value: The value the "Appraisal
District" has placed on the property.
Zip Code:
For mailing purposes, we have provided this
field.
Class:
This field tells you whether the property is a
Condo (Cndo), Duplex (Dup), Apartment(Apt),
House(Resi). There are over 50 different
classifications, but the majority of the
properties are homes(Resi).
YOC:
The year the property was built.
Units:
If an apartment, we provide how many units.
Legal
Description: The lot, block and
subdivision of the subject property. For example:
L-10.2 Bent Tree Est 2 = Lot 10 Block 2 of Bent
Tree Estates 2nd
Impr Sq Feet:
The size of the property.
Mortgagor:
The person who is in defult. They have fallen
behind on the lien. See "Dallas" ID #3,
Fred Bennett, Jr orgininally took out the loan,
but R Riddle assumed the loan from Mr. Bennett.
Mortgagee:
Bank or Lender
Trustee:
Appointed person who conducts the the bidding
process.
Date:
Orgininal date of the Loan.
Intrt:
The interest rate of the loan.
Type:
Loan Type-Fha,Va, Cv
ORI Amt:
The original loan amount.
UnpdBal($):
We have generated an approx. balance of the loan
using amortiztion software. We are not always
accurate.
Monpt($):
Principal and Interest payments on the loan.
Time:
A 3 hour window that the trustee must sell the
