What is a Bank Owned Property?
When a Lender foreclosures on a property for delinquent mortgage payments, the Lender then becomes the owner of the property. This database includes Bank Owned Property from various lending institutions, including conventional banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.

This database focuses on both Bank Owned & HUD Properties located within the State of Texas, which generally will include between 3,000 to 5,000 properties.

How often is this database updated?
Weekly.

What are the search fields?
You can search by
· County Name
· City Name
· Zip Code
· Property Type
· Year of Construction
· Building Size
· Asking Price
· Properties with New Pricing
· Listing Date.

  as specific as you need. For example, you could search for

· Homes that are for sale in the Austin area with an asking price of      $50,000 up to $100,000
· Only the Properties that have had a PRICE CHANGE in the last week,
· Any NEW PROPERTIES listed within the last week or so.
